Terms and Conditions

• The translator will start work after either receipt of the Purchase Order or receipt of the signed quote from the client.

• Translation services, Interpretation services, (Re)Writing services and French lessons must be paid by bank transfer.

        Note: Banking fees are to be paid by the client.

• The invoice (in Euros) must be paid within 15 days from issue.

• If the client cancels the translation project after having accepted the quote, they will have to pay 50% of the agreed quote.

• If the client cancels the translation project after having accepted the quote and after the translator has started the translation, the client will have to pay 100% of the price of the translated text and 50% of the price of the remainder of the text.
